Hey RZRF crew.

First off I have tried to do a search of Clutch Kits on RZRF 570 Discussion. I either find nothing, or it shows me everything! Arg!

I am looking for a Clutch kit for stock tires, or 1 inch bigger for my base 570.

I ride in wooded trails that are sand. Sand Sand Sand. Some pits that I play in I just don't have that giddyup and go to make it to the top also Sand. There is some mud I go through from time to time, but I aint no mudder. 15min of play = 3 hrs of cleaning.

Most of my riding (by myself), is fast trail riding cut and thrust on or off. I want to wake up my 570, and scare some trail kitties in the process. Hee hee hee...:shhh:

I know there is the SLP kit for my RZR part # 41-722 https://www.startinglineproducts.com/catalog.cfm?pageID=detail&catalogID=1&catID=97&productID=2091

But are there others?

Dalton does not supply a "kit" for the 2012 As "The standard 2013 570 Secondary is different from the 2012 model, and comes with what Polaris refers to as a BOSS (Built On Secondary Shaft) secondary clutch."

And that's the Secondary I have. the BOSS.

I'm wondering for the 12's, if I could use a secondary off a 800 or 900 that would fit the 570? Or a sled secondary? Has anybody tried doing this?

What about a recore of a Boss secondary?

Then I would have more clutching options available.

I am trying to get maximum results with minimum finances.

Still gotta get shocks and a suspension seat this year....

I am listening!

I have a 2012 570. initially when I put larger tires on, 26", I ordered the weights for the high altitude kit from polaris and had the dealer install them. It gave me back some of the top end that I had lost with the larger tires and I would recommend at least doing that if you get larger tires. Cost was around $100 for the weights as I recall. Later I let starting line products use my 570 as a tester for the team roller clutch and had them dial everything in for me. The engagement with the SLP clutch is much smoother and the engine seems to runner easier with it. If you have the money the SLP clutch is a very nice upgrade.

Thanks Soapy!

I think the SLP is the way I am leaning. Hearing the word on the street is 10x better than reading it in a magazine.

Thanks Shoe for asking the question. Cause my husband was wondering the same thing.
