of course this is going to be a hard sell, but those who knows.. knows, and those who don't .. won't get it... there is 30k alone in the complete swap, with all the custom one off built parts, to keep this thing looking like a sleeper, and what others don't realize.. is it's not that hard to change the color, a good summer project... still heading to the dune fest with it, if it's still in the trailer at the end of july...

I would love someone that really appreciates it and understands why these things cost what they do... and do what they do.. those who knows.. knows !!! For all the guys that have called to offer a lower than low ball price, you guys should do all your research first, just to purchase a brand new Z1 engine will cost you 9k, then add an install kit, upgraded turbo etc... Trust me.. i know more than anyone, i am going to take a big loss, but it is what it is... but honesty, when someone calls and offers you 20k,... Wtf.. its not a fire sale... it will sit in my garage for years at that price.. hell i might even burn it for that.. .lol...

Thanks, It is not for everyone, but for all that have contemplated a Z1 swap, i feel, that they should really consider everything that is involved in really make it work, some people cut corners and regret it later, like not up sizing the radiator or oil cooler, not going with the rage 8, when we shipped her car to Mo, we knew we were going all the way, and that is exactly what we did... Hawk engineering has figured it out, and with the added tech support customer service, you can't go wrong, having him in your back pocket, is 2nd to none... anyway thanks for the comments.. jeff

I wished i could keep it, but i honesty would never use it, Tim @ SDR said he would do for me a color change.. was going to Murder it out, but still would never use it.. We dune.. thats it... no hard pack just dune, and once she gets her rail built, that is all i can haul... Sucks giving it away like you said having more in parts then the price of the complete car.. oh well..

 

I really want to add to my stable, I have an extra 1K and a extra xp900 that are for sale, if it could happen soon enough..

It is bittersweet for her, it is like her baby, there has been so much time,energy, not the mention money, its hard for her, because she don't like change, and now she's keeping her fingers crossed that we made the right decission. I"m sure you will be extremely happy.
