I have a 2009 rzr 800. It has a new fuel pump, injectors and harnesses, plugs, wires and TPS. It cranks but won't start, just backfires every once in a while and gives code 22. Any ideas?

Did you have this problem before changing all those parts?
First check the oil level.
I had a nuisance code 22 on my 2009 for a long time. Never prevented it from starting. Troubleshooting points to a fuel problem. Tank vent is the easiest to check. Then check your plugs are wet with fuel right after cranking.
On the TPS, the adjustment must be set at a dealer or with a homemade tool. I finally solved the problem by installing a new OEM throttle body with factory set TPS and throttle stop screw. Haven't had the code since. Do not attempt to adjust the stop screw. Its factory set.
2009 Polaris RZR 800 won't idle. I've replaced spark plugs, air filter, new fuel pump, new voltage regulator and I've cleaned the throttle body. It isn't throwing any codes. Anyone know what could it be? Didn't idle before I replaced all the things. Battery reads 12.4 volts when not running
