Im rebuilding a motor out of a 2008 rzr 800 for a friend. She wants to go the CHEAPEST route to get it fixed but also have it all back to OEM specs unless its cheaper to go otherwise. one crank bearing went out and has about 1/2 inch play between the rod and crank, one piston has chunks out of it, head is gouged a little from the piston chunks, bent intake valve, cylinders are smooth to the TOUCH. So new crank, rods, pistons, valves, all the seals and gaskets for sure. what are the specs to know if it would need bored or just honed, like I said it had no gouges to the touch. Should I put in new valve springs, push rods, rockers? Any input you have is appreciated such as more suggestions, parts lists, cheapest places or useful threads. I can get it all apart and back together but knowing what is NEEDED is questionable. If it was mine personally EVERYHING would be new or upgraded but if I don't have to go that route with this machine then I need to avoid it.
