Re: "Under Cover"cvt filter XP 1000

Ive got about 750 miles on my machine now, large mix of dust and mud while riding. The filters definitely stop a large amount of the dust. I blow my clutches out after every ride(still have dust accumulation) but the filter greatly reduces the amount. I have the engine one too and clean my air filter after every ride as well. I also wash the filters after each trip and if Im camping and they get dirty I just wash them in camp quick and let them air dry. I have a 4 seater and run very heavy and still on the original belt.

Thank you for the feedback. It defenatly stops a lot of the dirt and rocks. Still get a small amount of smaller dust but over all a net gain. That has been my experience as well.

Re: "Under Cover"cvt filter XP 1000

We also have a cvt filter for the turbo model. It is a bit different and does just as well. Most of our customers lately, have concerns about mud ingested over the dust. I find even on muddy rides there is just as muck dirt in the filter as in dust. A small amount of dust does make it through if not cleaned every day.

Do you make filters for a rzr 900 trail and 1000s?

Unfortunately there is not a good place to put one on those models. The filters only work for the xp and turbo models.

Re: "Under Cover"cvt filter XP 1000

Wolfsnout CVT Filters keep the mud out. If you have of the xp or xpt models, pull your intake bezels off and look at your intake tubes. If you ever get mud on the frog skin, you get in the system. The xp's will let small rocks around the bottom.

They also keep mud from getting in. If you are getting mud on your frogskins, mud id getting in the cvt system.
