Jason was very helpful and patient with me during the process
and honestly provide excellent service. Thanks, mister. :)
Swap kit fitting is top notch and instructions with lot of pictures really take you thru the installation process without any problem. And on the end is really worth it, the 900 is totally different machine. I goes thru 2 different turbos with 975 cc BB kit on this XP, but honestly nothing can compare to this.:ride:

Here is a video my wife took running the Competition Hill on Sand Mountain , Nevada. To bad was nobody there to have a race, but later on was there guy with the speed gun. My speed on the top was 63 MPH, best time before with BB kit and Aerocharger turbo was 50 MPH again checked by the speed gun. I probably can pick even more speed playing with clutch. I was hitting rev limit 8400 rpm in place where I live, which is a sea level, but Sand Mountain is in 4000 ft elevation and I can only go to 7700 rpm max. Next time will play more with the clutching, but was so happy how first trip with new swap go I really don't care about little bit more speed and just enjoyed the new power. Plus honestly was the first trip there , when I can just drive without need to adjust the fuelling every 30 minutes as before with turbo. Sand Mountain is a worstest place to tune your car, at least in my experience, but thanks to the Z1 engine fuel management I don't need to worry about that. LOL

I build the car to be still trail capable, in my case means just cruising on dunes and works pretty good for that. No problem to just riding small dunes, but instant power is there if needed. But somehow I am surprised that seems to me the Z1 engine is using much less gas than my 900 engine with turbos was, even with bigger Z1 displacement , probably the Z1 ECU do the better job to control the fuel than I ever manage to do with controllers or PC V when running turbos.:rofl3:

What did you have to get fabricated custom that was not part of the kit?

Glad you are happy with your install kit Milos. No worries on the questions, that is what I am here for. I want the customer to enjoy the install as much as the end product.

Your air to air looks really good too.

I am hoping to get out west later this year to have a big ride with some or our Z1 and Apex install customers.

We just got through tuning a 900 Z1 I built for a customer. Turbo upgrade, clutch upgrade, and ViPec we tuned went from 86 MPH to 97 MPH! Damn scary at those speeds in the shorter wheelbase! We have a little left in it that should get 100 MPH too. All that is done through my Z1 air filter system with no modifications. We are building a 400 HP monster right now. Can't wait to test it in a few weeks.

Jason included everything you need in the kit even air to water intercooling. But I really prefer the air to air and fabricated this system myself, if this could even be called fabrication, very easy to do. :)
