We redid the Rhino Spray inside the foot / bottom area ;-)

 

 

Seats are done ;-)

New Springs and all ;-)

Sun Visors check the stiching color ;-)

 

And here are the seats the yellow color matches the Truck Color ;-)

 

Motor is set and Tranny is in and set ;-)

Tranfer Case is in and set ;-)

This Truck did not come with A/C ;-)

Steering Wheel Assembly ;-)

 

A/C box is done inside and out ;-)
still need to work on the ducts ;-)

 

Mock up ALT with L&L brackets ;-)

ALT needed to move up to clear the cross member and L&L
has all the setup for the 460 motor swap ;-)

Had to install a 4 - Sheave Crankshaft Pully for the A/C going in ;-)

 

Gauges being rebuilt

Front end off the part's truck to be used on the new one .

AC in on left side from parts truck.

Custom cut center nut cap

Stock Ford Factory lift blocks

32 '' to bottom of door to the ground

Bed off parts truck going to get painted back in about 2 weeks .

Not sure what you are pulling. and it may take some mods, but maybe add rear bags while you have everything off?

 

I will be pulling a 5th wheel Toy Hauler around 40' long, the truck has a 1ton front and rear tdrive train, goingto see hoe it does just with that setup - old fashion heavy dut rear ;-)
