Won't go over 60?

Well 1000 started acting funny so changed belt it has 800miles old looked fine roller had flat spots still won't go over 60 with new belt any ideas

If the rollers had flat spots it's not shifting out all the way... Your spider jam nut could be loose too!!! Have you serviced the clutches before this problem???

Most don't know that the clutches need service just like the engine or diffs do ... Excessive dust & belt particles causes the roller problem...

You need to use compressed air and blow both clutches out often as a regular service item...

At a minimum your rollers will have to be replaced...

Watch the tach on the dash to see if it the engine is developing RPM's. If it is getting up to the 8000 plus, I think, rpm range and you are only doing 60, belt clutch issues. If it is not making the rpm's then check air intake, new filter maybe.
