Ur probably gonna get a lot of different opinions on this one. Personaly, I dont like to run any type of windshield at all, but some folks swear by them

Love my half windshield. Even in the colder months it deflects the air away from your hands and face. There is enough airflow in the summer to keep you cool.

where did you get the 2 small fans?

 

Where geographically do you ride? What type of terrain? What type of weather?

If you get muddy, you NEED a glass windshield. The mud scratches the poly windshields.

If you are in the Southwest, I have heard complaints about the heat retention from any windshield.

i had a fold down EMP on my 900s. The best windshield i've ever had on any of my rzrs. wish they made one for a pro but they don't. Not even sure if they still make that one for a 900 anymore.

 

I personally run a half windshield on my 2020 900s and my dad just purchased a super atv flip up windshield for his 2021 trail s 900 and absolutly loves it it gives you a full coverage when need plus a vent for the hot dusty days and the option to flip it open on the struts and run a half windshield on hot days

 

The half windshield bothers in me in the area of the flip. you have distortion where they make the bend. If I lower the windshield enough to look over it the wind hits me in the face.

 

another vote for half-windshield, Just like most guys mentioned about half one, they allow some air breeze into the cabin in the summer. And they are actually not that bad for cold times in the year, at least it would be enough to keep your hands and legs warm.

Is a flip up windshield not even an option? IMO, you just keep it full open when it's hot or closed when it's pouring rain.
