i"m looking at putting on a set of 29.5" outlaws skinny/wide. Not sure on lift yet so I am just wondering if I can put the tires on first and then lift later. I have makin trax progressive springs to maintain ride height and I can crank them up if I need to for sure as they are set with no preload right now. I have OMF beadlock wheels that are about 2" greater offset than stock.

Questions are,

1. Am I going to have a huge rubbing problems in the front?

2. would I be stupid to do this without upgrading axles?

3. Will my xp need a clutch kit?

should fit no prob. i started with 29.5 swamp lites no lift. then did a 2/3 lift with makin trax progessive springs no preload works and rides like a dream.

so you had no rubbing? I tried a set of 27.5 growlers and they rubbed when i compressed the suspension and turned.

I run 30" outlaw radials and even with a 2.5" lift they rubbed up front. Not bad, just when suspension compressed hard. I have a thread with some pictures of what I did to fix it. With the lift no more rubbing. Without it I get a tiny bit of rub if I hit a bump and turn the wheels but that's it.
