I'm talking removed the fuel tank and dropped down the seat brackets a couple inches or more. Fuel Cell in the bed, battery up front ...basically the whole works. My theory is lower COG with more weight on the ends (less likely to want to swap ends, but a little less maneuverable).

Johnny, did it make a noticeable difference?

Right now would be the easiest it will ever be for me to do. I'm doing a motor swap and can't use the stock tank from size issues. I was going to just build an aluminum tank in the stock position but I got to looking at the rules for KOH and they require an internal bladder with baffling. That led me to look at pre-made cells which can really only be mounted in the bed, and if you're going to do that you almost have to drop the COG back to where it was or better especially since you have all that space under there. I am not necessarily planning on racing but the cell will be safer and if I ever did decide that I wanted to race in the future, I'd be a step ahead, especially since I wouldn't have to re-do everything again.

Cheek moved his fuel tank and battery to lower his seat way down... and he chopped the cage super low too...

I know, I had a hard Onnnnn Since I saw his design in the firstplace, Im actually considering doing that this winter since there nothing to do for the next 5-6 months of snow and my RAZ is only out of the heated garage for a few minutes to plow!! I might make this happen!! Might as well sice Im changinging lterally everything anyway!!

and I just got the same black Fullbore body kiy, but I would use a red cage..

if you look at the pictures the battery I used still mounted under the seats then I made a adapter for the fuel cell that would accept the stock fuel pump and sending unit so it would all work like a stock machine ..

you do loose a little leg room the lower you go the more the seat comes forward .. the job was really not hard .. It handle Great ... I also Had custom seats made with less padding in the ass I think about a 1 1/2 less so it handled great looked great ... BUT BUT BUT ... It was really hard duning and trail riding because It was hard to see over the fullbore hood ... I couldnt see shit that was right infront of me so I would just close my eyes and floor it ....
