The fact with whips is they all break. Had a buddy break one of ours, thought he would order a set of the $300 variety, broke one of those too.

Just have to be careful.

I just purchased a set of Booger Whips and so far I am very happy with them.

 

I have there first set, and just got some of the digital led whips. 99 different modes. So cool

 

I have to say that I believe we produce the best whips... We design and manufacture everything in Las Vegas, NV. We offer static color whips, and multi-color and multi-function whips. Short, tall, thicker, thinner... we make all types and all of our designs are engineered for the application.

I run two whips from light it up off-road. Super bright and haven't had one issue. Why overpay for a brand name

 

I run two 6ft Tribal Aurora Whips and I absolutely love them!! VERY strong whip. The quick mount setup is sweet as well.

I run two 4ft Tribal Aurora's and have not had any problems at all so far. Have hit a few low branches with them with no damage. Plan on putting some whip springs on the mounts just to be safe. They really look cool at night and love all the different available colors and schemes.

 

Make your own like I did and if the need repaired no big deal.

 

I researched whips pretty hard and ended up getting Booger Whips. They are pretty awesome and the best bang for your buck that I found and Made in USA.

 

I'm running two 4' Outlaw Whips, their best whips, the "Color Series". The red spiral and tip on the whip matches my 2016 red, white, black XP1000 Highlifter. The whip has about 6 LED colors and all kinds of patterns.

Their basic inline control had enough, but then I bought their wireless remote that has way to many colors, patterns, brightness control, and speed control.

They also have a sound control for stereo music.

They come with a spring mount, and I bought their quick detach mount.

I have them on all the time and they have hit a lot of trees and brush. The spring will let them roll over horizontally.

 

I'm running the 4ft. Auroras from Tribal Whips too. I had one go bad recently. Had a new (free) replacement shipped to me within a week.

I run two 4ft Tribal Aurora Whips and I wouldnt buy anything else. I droped my remote on the garage floor (completely my fault) they sent me a free replacement the next day. The whips are bright, the color options and patterns are almost to many. I cant say enough about how good the customer service is.

 

Looking for a lighted whip dual-band (144/430mhz) antenna. I can find them separately - but not together. Are these whips hollow to allow an antenna to be inserted?

The problem is that the LED circuits emit RF which interferes with the radio RF, but only if made as completed units. You're going to have to purchase the two as separate parts.
