I talked to Polaris about this problem and was told they do know about it and hope to have a solution coming out mid to late June. It will be a free fix. I didn't want to wait so I went with Shock Therapy springs. I got back my ride height and I like having a true duel rate set up.

I did the same with mine. But I believe Shock Therapy sent me the wrong springs. I had to set my pre load in the rear to 6 1/4” and 3 1/2” in the front. Both upper and lower springs in the rear are the same number. Was the the set up they sent you?

Thats good to know! I dunno if i wanna wait or not either...but i hate to spend almost $1000 on dual rates as well. Sweet rig btw

 

Thank you. I was going to upgrade the springs just decided to do it sooner then I was planning.

 

If you just want to do springs for ride height and dual rate, there is also Eibach springs. a gentleman named Ryan on here does more of a custom setup instead of the 1 2 and 3 stages that they sell on eibach and 4 wheel parts range from somewhere between 700 and 850

 

Where are you measuring ride height? Also I noticed when I fired my machine up the dynamix lowered it down. So I fired it up rode it around a little and brought it back and measured it

I do my measurement the same place that Shock Therapy shows in their install video. Any time I jack up my machine after I lower back to the ground I turn on my key to get the ride height back down to semi normal. You still need to move the ride a little to get it back to normal ride height.

 

How many miles you guys have on your units?

I just received a call from Polaris regarding ride height and spring issues. Was told they have had a lot of calls and emails regarding concerns on sagging and spring issues. Told me there is a fix in the works and should be available in the next couple of weeks. Mentioned a possible stiffer tender spring but that’s all he would tell me. I asked him if it was ok to crank up my ride height he said to wait for the fix. We will see if this actually happens.

Just got an email stating this is for 2 seat only not 4 seat. Guess I will be buying new springs in the near future. Really stinks.

I have about 150 mi on mine too and my front end sits at 12.5in and the rear is at 14 as it’s supposed to.

I’ve read that in order to pass roll over inspection they are intentionally adjusted below the intended ride height.

Can anyone else confirm this???

 

My springs are sagging with less than 30hours on the machine sagging heavy in the back ... we have three pro xp in total two Dynamix and one base ... mine is a Dynamix ultamite
