I have a 2009 Rzr 800. I changed the bearings in both sides and got the updated hubs and updated bearings. the only thing left to do is put the hub back in but it wont fit and I cant find anyone else with the same issue. ive tried freezing the hubs but still no luck. they go in about a quarter inch then wont budge and when I pulled it back out one of the inner races pulled out with it. not sure if its just cheap parts or if im doing something wrong but every video ive seen the hub just slips right in the bearing which is in the spindle.

Try your old hub. Sounds to me like u put an “old style” style bearing in and the new hub is larger than the inside of the bearing. Happened to me once upon a time. Hub should be snug to the bearing but easily slide in and pull back out. Hope it helps. Good luck
