I had well over 15k in my MCX build after replacing motor twice that kept blowing up before going this route, now at 650 miles not a single problem except the smile stuck on my face! You can do a Z1 swap for around 12-14k if done on a budget.

We got it, you got plenty money.just stating a fact that most people can't drop that kind of dime on their toy. And btw, this was a turbo 1000 thread that got taken over by the show offs with the turbo z1100. Yup, that just happened. Yall are always thread jacking just to show off how much money you can spend. And no I'm not butthurt, I make plenty money, just tired of seeing talks names everywhere off topic showing off. Have a good night, I'm out

You really should get to know Donny and Dawn a little better before you go postal on them. I wouldnt know the guy if he walked into the room (Dawn ? yes but she's a bit more photogenic than Donny apparently) but he's a working man just like most of the rest of us. He's given a great many members of this forum some outlandish deals on parts from the previous RZRs he had to part out to help finance his newer projects. He's got more money invested in his toys than I do but I'd never fault a man for doing what he wanted instead of just wishing while pissin and moanin about other people's decisions. Lighten up. Its all about the ride not the means to get there.

Those valve springs suck. K&t won't use those springs because of all the failures.
Yes I was having more luck with stock parts when running low boost, it was when I wanted to go faster when all the problems arrived..:rofl3::rofl3:

Thank you :)

No biggie, I come here for info and hope to spread some also. I'm sure they're great people also. I sub'd to this thread for info and maybe a heads up for future turbo headaches if anyone has experienced them. And sorry to the darters for speaking my mind. It was rude of me.

I heard nothing but bad things about those valve springs. No matter what spring if you spin it to high you will float a valve and keepers pop out. Most problems happen trying to get more out of it. Lol

They told me they have them made from a company that makes them for NHRA guys.
I see..lol...Well back on track I talked with the Boondocker people at UTV invasion and watched lots of there cars running with no failures..There fuel system and hands on digital controller is awesome and they seem to have time for there customers..
Like someone mentioned the tune is the most important part for the car to be fast but you need some reliable drive train under neath to prevent expensive engine failures.

That's why I went with them, I haven't touched mine except to bump or lower boost. Ran anywhere from 0-4000 ft and 10-15 lbs of boost and never had to tune it once. The altitude compensation is spot on. And customer service, impeccable

Thats good to hear. I'm really leaning toward a Boondocker on my 900 after Christmas.
