What would be your preferred tire size?

Personally I ride an RZR "S" model and would like to see more options in 27" and 28" for the 12" wheel for the riding we do on the east coast.. With the power increase from all the machines over the last few years I think a 25" and 26" tire is just to small while 27" and 28" will give the added traction and added ground clearance needed with out going over board and robbing to much power. I know these sizes are available for 14" wheels but 14" wheels rob a lot of the sidewall needed to flex and grip in my opinion. what do you think?

30x10x14 EFX MotoClaw

LOVE these tires. They are a bit stiff due to 8 ply construction and have slightly more weight than others, but the HOOK THE HELL up!

X2 love mine...they are a bit heavy but not much more than other 30s and they hook up like crazy.

Those Motoclaws look fantastic in aesthetics and for the big, widely spaced lugs for a DOT rated tire, but they are so heavy, over 40 lbs for the 30".

I'm running 30" black mambas on STI HD 12" beadlocks and love them! Run 27" swamp lites on stock rims in the winter for plowing.

Yeah they are heavy, but on the 1000, you don't notice it. That has so much power and torque that it spins the motos with no problem

I have a set of 29.5 swamp lites for after winter. I'm really excited for these! They are lighter than my 28 inch silverbacks and I gain some clearance too!

Love my 27x10x14 Motoclaws. I have a set of 28"x10x14 Roctanes but rub some on my XP when turning on uneven ground. I want to put the Roctanes on to see how the are. Does any body know how to fix the rubbing? Should I adjust the shocks? Don't really want to put a lift on or soend the money on a long a arm kit right now. Any ideas would be great

From my phone I barely know how to operate

Google fit 30'S ON AN RZR XP.. ITS UNDER UTV OFFROAD MAGAZINE. Its a seven step tutorial. I did it on mine and it worked great. Others try a different way but this works good. 28" rocktanes on mine.

I will be the exception here, and I've stuck with stock sizes. (25 x 12)

There's more low-end torque, and they seem to scramble over football to softball sized rocks, on steep trails, better.

...Less weight means I can run steel rims, too.

All the best, James

Got some 27x9" kendas htr's on 12" raceline beadlocks. Awsome 8 ply lite tire at only 25lbs each..

Also got some grooved 32" roctanes on 14" sti black beadlocks.. Stick to rocks like glue!! Super tuff 8ply as well.. I just run these when we go to rocky technical parks..

I was running 26'' pitbull growlers on a 14 inch wheel and had two pinch flats. Also note that I typically ran very low pressure for crawling. I just purchased a new set of 27.5'' growlers and have them on 12'' STI HD wheels. Can't wait to run them.

I would like to see some 27x10x12's in the more popular brands. I don't want to go to
14's but I would like to run the same size on all 4 corners.
