Any time you remove any component that is gasketed its a good idea to replace the gasket, some are reusable but most are better off being replaced.

What's different about the AA valve cover versus stock?

 

let me start from the beginning. I order the Intake tube from them without the OEM ports. I, at the time, didn't realize that there will be a hose that I need to reconnect. So, I had ordered there oil catch can with on external or secondary port. that hose goes from the oil catch can to the valve cover. I had ordered a valve cover with a port welded on to it for the hose. that why I replaced the valve cover.

 

Well I figured it out. I feel like an idiot. I forgot to put in 2 rubber washers on the new valve cover. Put the washers in torqued it all down and let it run for about 5 minutes. No more oil coming out.
