Got some work done on the ol wagon today..

Tongue and side c channel sections are glued in/on.
Started crossmember up in the tongue region for my new jack. Jack comes tomorrow, have another piece of material to add after i get the jack burnt in.
Everything has been flap wheeled or wire wheeled. Rest of the trailer is ready for primer.
Welded washers up and down the length if the trailer to hang my wiring from, thats all good to go.
Safety chains are mounted, may be long but its easy to shorten them.
Beat on the passenger fender some and got it a bit more straight.
Started drilling holes for marker lights. Those are all almost done.
Mounted one tail light box, simple mock up.

Ran outta argon in the welder yesterday, got a new bottle today

Also found a little baby snake in my backyard. Looks like a eastern rat snake, maybe?

Thank you!

Ive definitely put some hours into it and a few bucks.
Im no stranger to this stuff though, ive done this to a few utility trailers over the last 5 or 6 years.

Getting all my wiring and lighting planned out and what not.

LED everything of course..
For marker lights, there will be 4 or 5 3/4" amber lights down each side. Definitely 4, the 5th marker
is optional and will be on the tongue near the set-back jack.
There will be a 2" red marker at the end of each tail light box assembly and then there will also
be a red 3/4" bullet at the bottom corner of the trailer.

Taillights are a pair of 6" oval lights with a reverse light built into each side.

Im mounting a junction box on the passenger frame rail, using a 7 wire setup.
Not hooking up the brakes for now, im nearly certain it would be smarter to just replace each
brake assembly versus throwing money at the current setup until it starts working. Havent
dug into the brakes yet though, they will be put to use eventually.

Harness for all of the marker lights is made up, its all plug and play with weatherproof bullet connectors.

Trailer is ready for paint

Still waiting on my tongue jack, it'll get here eventually.
