Sending shocks out to shock therapy and when removing springs I noticed the threads on the shock body are trashed. Is this a common issue? ~800 miles on the rzr.

The threads are still ok, I've seen much worse. This comes from the spring divider moving up and down grinding dirt against the shock body. Try to keep them washed out often to minimize this effect.

That's not good. I noticed on mine that the springs are not clocked properly and the divider is closer to the body that I'd like. I'll be clocking the springs this weekend after seeing this post. If you have any warranty left I'd try to get Polaris to rebuild the shock before ST works on them.

Wait until you see what the ST springs do to their cross over rings.
