Awesome build. I could see making a case for 23 / 24k. I know it cost more to build, but I guess I would be looking at it like any other modded turbo model of that year. Good luck with the sale.
Just a thought....If you have a lot of the stock stuff still, you may want to put it back close to stock and sell the goodies separate. Don't know if that would put you ahead in the long run or not.
