My steering wheel is off a decent amount and the dynamix screen shows this on the steering angle gauge. Has anyone adjusted the steering wheel alignment on these and had success? Also if so how many threads did you have showing on the tie rods? I currently have 16-17 threads showing on both sides, didn't know how far out they can be adjusted and still be "safe".

Thanks in advance, just trying to avoid a trip to the dealer.

I had the same issue on mine when I picked it up two weeks ago. Dealer re-centered the steering wheel after confirming alignment and steering revolutions, or at least I would like to think they did because that is what I was told when they brought it back around to the front and loaded it on the trailer as I was in a time crunch. But when I unloaded it off the trailer at home and took it for a little spin, I noticed not much improvement and it is still off again and the Dynamix shows the same. So back to the dealer it goes this week. Let me know what you find out.

I went through the same deal brand new from the dealership. Rear toe was out by almost 2" and steering wheel off center. I had to pull teeth with polaris to get the alignment specs. Got it all spot on with some toe plates and a tape measure.

So it seems I talked with 2 dealers none of which had specs. Then polaris that gave me a generic spec. Bad part is polaris gave me the number in degrees. Thats nearly impossible to do without a actual alignment machine. So I did what I would have done on anything else. I set the front at 1/4" of toe in and I set the rear toe at zero. Took me a few shots at it to get the steering wheel straight. But in the end it drives straight on the road and the wheel and dynamix is now straight. Make sure the suspension is fully settled b4 you male adjustments. I put mine in comfort and put it on some level concrete and made sure i tolled it 10ft forward and backwards to settle it out. Took me a hour or so to get it perfect. I'm making some toe plates now to try to make it more simple in the future. I found that my turbo s and rs1 needed the alignment checked it seems every oil change. Every time I found them out slightly.

Well, I randomly got a phone call from Polaris this morning. The lady on the other end stated that she was aware of my alignment issue request that I had called in about the other day. During our conversation she offered me a voucher for my first "Full Service" which during that time the dealer could fix the alignment issue. Might I add the voucher is $500. Needless to say I am more than satisfied with Polaris customer service thus far. I will report back after my I get my service done. This will be several weeks as I have not drove the unit much yet.

Well back up and running, loving it now. Took a week for Polaris to get back to the dealer with alignment specs. Right front was toed out a half inch and left rear was toed in a half inch which falls in line with what I measured. Dynamix is showing top dead center on the screen. Surprised Polaris doesnt have a spec guide for mechanics as they typed out a one page step by step process.

Here are the specs. Missing from the manual is what it takes to adjust the rear toe. There is an eccentric bolt on the rear toe link at the rear wheel. Need to loosen the nut and then you can adjust the bolt. Make sure steering wheel is top dead center and make sure it does not move during the process. Hope this helps.

I'm just curious, the rear toe does not appear to be adjustable on the 2022 turbo R4 ultimate? I confirmed this with the dealer. We fixed our front toe on an 4 wheel alignment machine, the shop also said the rear is not adjustable, are we missing something? I would love to fix mine, it only has 1/8" of toe out, not great, but we rarely run on pavement. Appreciate any input
Thanks

The rear is adjustable where the toe link goes into the rear wheel. You loosen the large nut on the inner part of the toe link and then can adjust the eccentric bolt on the other side until within spec which I attached in my previous post. My right rear was toed out 1/2”, so I know it’s adjustable because this came direct from Polaris as my dealership had no clue either.
