It appears that Polaris may have recognized an issue with the original diff, 1337158, as they have now superseded to a new one, 1337227.
The new one has a different Torsion Retainer, Gear Housing & Pinion Gear, so hopefully they found the root of all the different issues.

But it still has the same old sprag system so it will not last if you put big tires on it and drive hard

I thought these diffs were supposed to be better than the old 1000 diffs? Can you upgrade the parts that are breaking?

Same old rs1 diffs but new machine is heavier so diff will not last , main reason went with Pro R because of a all new redesigned stronger drivetrain. You need to get the Joe Coffman diff if you want it to last in the turbo R
