Just performed a full service on my Turbo R (oil, front diff, and trans). Also installed sandcraft magnetic drain plugs.
Took it out for a test run after the service and now it makes a clicking sound when I turn hard left. Sounds like it's coming from the front right wheel, but I am not certain.

Any ideas?

Does it click once each time you turn or click with wheel rotation?

If you jack the front wheels up off the ground does it still make the noise if you spin the wheel?

I haven’t jacked it up, yet.
Also, there is no play in the wheel.

This sounds crazy but try applying light brake pressure and see if it stops. All of my previous rzr have done it. It was the brake pads clicking.

Any luck on finding out what was clicking?

I will know for sure later this week.... I will be riding all day Friday and Saturday. I have checked everything, including re-torquing the lugs (they were all under torque specs). I have not been able to reproduce the clicking sound with initial testing. I confirm results.
