Tree kicker bolt/ help

Howdy all, looking for wisdom. There are 3 places to support the tree kickers/ side bars. The insert of one the places to bolt in, is missing. I am not familiar with what this style is called. Best way to fix this issue. I appreciate everyone

You can fix that with a RivNut..

This is a cheap set, but it should do the job..

Works just like a pop rivet.. I would however choose the largest of the ones that'll fit, and replace all of them for the same of simplicity..

Knock compression nuts out and replace with these.
