Towing rzr 1000 backwards

Hey was wondering if anyone has had issues towing the 1000 backwards on a trailer? I have a small trailer and I need to put it on backwards to have any tongue weight, I know some of the old rzr 800s the hood would fly off and I don't want that lol any input will help

I tow my rzr 1000 backwards for the tongue weight reason. i have not had anything fly off if that helps any. lets just say I've passed at higher speeds to clear slow drivers on the way to the coast, you will be just fine. one benefit i have found as well is that when you tow backwards, it blows all the sand out of the floor board area pretty well!

When I picked mine up from the dealer the guy told me to remove the hood, probably don't need to but I thought why not. It only takes a second and it would suck if it did blow off

I tow mine backward, its nice to not have bugs on your seats from towing forward. I've never had a problem with anything towing backwards.

I tow mine backwards because of tongue weight as well. I drive about 75mph and haven't had a problem.
