I love getting sideways and drifting in the RS1, so I was thinking about getting a second set of tires/wheels more geared toward that if I’m in the right conditions. So I’m looking for some strong/durable tires that would have less than optimal traction. Any suggestions?

(To be clear, this would be all off-road, not on pavement.)

Find a Light Truck all terrain (BFG KO2), 30 x 9.5 or 31 x 10.5 and run 20+ PSI and I would think traction would be less than desirable.

If I follow you correctly you're looking for less sidebite. In my experience a more rounded tire profile is the primary factor. Over- airing can do that too. Next up is tire footprint. One with less focus on site grip.

The average factory tires generally meet that defintion well, for they don't want the owner rolling the thing on factory tires.
