Just installed one this weekend on my RZR 4. A great product that fit well, and came with the best instructions of any part I have purchased for my RZR, be it Polaris or aftermarket. What a nice change to have instructions written by someone who actually installed one or two of their product.

The stock radiator mount is retained. The Thunderhawk bracket slides over the stock piece, which creates a small, triangular-section box below the radiator for better strength.

The Thunderhawk bumper brace is designed to fit with most winches. The Polaris-style winch mount is the most common, and does fit with this bumper brace.

If you have any other questions, just give me a call, as these things are usually easier to discuss by phone that in repeated back-and-forth e-mails or postings.

Thanks,
Harry

I installed this one on my 2011 a few weeks ago and the install was great. I blew out my previous radiator with my polaris bumper by giving a buddy a push in some soft mud. Well this past weekend I lost control on a hill and did a forward roll over that pushed my bumper back 9" into the body and bent my roll cage back almost a foot. The radiator is just fine and as far as I can tell without tearing it all apart (waiting on insurance) the guard is perfectly intact. Just wanted to thank Thunderhawk for a great product and let everyone know they work.
