Just wanted to post up a thread that I can update some progress of my '13 RZRs

Pictured is how I came to possess it. All I added at that point was the Warn bumper, winch, soft top, and half glass.

RZR came with EZ Steer and a RDC 2" Lift already installed.

Coming from the '09 RZR I previously had the ride of the S was a huge improvement. Although I really had tons of fun with the '09 it was time for an upgrade.

One Change that I really needed to do was to get rid of the "disco" graphics. :rm_thumbdown:

With light heat from my heat gun they were off in about 20 minutes. Much better!

Forgot to add that the RZR is ready for the night rides. :)

Next major mod was the Chop. Went with 3.5 inch chop.

Standard work as every thread about it on here already so no need to go into details about it.

After shot.

As you can see in the previous post my soft top has seen better days. And with this one being the second soft top with similar rips and tears I decided a change was needed.

I looked at different hard plastic tops but didn't like them for different reasons. Too bulky on some, sat too high form cage on others, some too spendy and so on.

Since I work with Kydex I was able to pick up a 3x4 sheet of black and attempt to make a slim and low top.

First thing was top make a cardboard template and settle on a size that would work. All bend lines and cuts were then transferred to the plastic sheet.

on the table you can see the tube bend jig used while heat was applied for bends.

After several test fits and final finish cuts I had a top!!

i used to rollbar clamps from the half glass to clamp down the top. I need to find replacements for the half glass now. It's temporally attached with large zip-ties.

more to come....

iPhone mount I fabbed up using Kydex material

Stainless cup holders.

And last, cheap mod that made the biggest change in looks.

Masked and painted the silver ring around the wheels.

Hey Bowtie!

Very nice mods to your RZR. Been giving me some good ideas. My 2013 800 LE arrived this week. Just starting to put all the options on.

After watching the muddy rock climb, I can understand why I was recommended to get some UTV skid plates. I bought the complete package and it is going on next.

Enjoying your thread...

Removed the rear sway bar and gained a decent amount of rear travel.

Ride is a bit smoother and sway is tolerable.

Definitely going to run with out the sway connected.
