Hello, I'm testing my stator because I think it my be cooking my voltage regulator. I have performed the stator tests as per the service manual for a 2008 rzr 800. The results are as follows: y1 to y2 resistance = .5 ohms (1 to 3 & 2 to 3 equal same number). The book calls for .19ohms +/- %15. Where as .5 ohm's is outside the tolerances has it gone bad? The continuity check for yellow wires to ground is "open" wich according to the book is good. Any help would be appreciated!

Was your .5 ohm reading at the stator plug, or up at the voltage regulator.
If at the voltage regulator, the higher reading could be due to resistance of wires.
