Ssv works has power but won't turn on

I have a ssv works radio that has power but won't turn on. It is not the latest model with Bluetooth but is the model before that. Even the led lights come on nothing else will work on the unit. Any Idea what's going on here?

on my ssv works. I power up the overhead unit then I have to hold the power button on the remote for about five seconds.

Pull the dock/amp out and check the fuse that is in the wiring harness

Sounds like your docking unit it locked in a safe mode. We. Can get this unlocked for you and backing to working great. Please give us a call @ 818-991-1778 and we will get you all taken care of.

They told me can't be unlocked needs to be replaced
