Where are you seeing this connection?

One under each front seat and the other two were in the rear wheel wel zip tied to the frame

 

Did you switch them and they actually sounded better?

 

No I’m asking where did you see the connections mixed up so I can check

 

On my 2020 I found there are 2 blue leds in the center console that should illuminate the rear footwell. Mine were both installed backwards so they faced each other inside of the console. My friend has a 2019 and he said his were the same.

I took 4 pictures. Its kind hard to tell in the pictures. I had to twist the connector 180 degrees so that you see the wires do not match up. Picture 3 and 4 show it the best. Now all 4 of the connectors are the same way. I have already looked and you can not reverse the connector.

 

Does it make a difference?

 

I have not change them yet. I will this weekend. I install home theater systems and yes it make a big difference. I looked at the speaker and can not change the connection there. I will need to cut the wire and re-splice it.

 

@tazz3069 Did you ever swap the wires? Did it make a difference?

 

yes I did and yes it made a difference .
