Longer ones go in the rear, they mount to the lower arm. The fronts mount to the upper a arm.
Why do you say it doesn't feel right? are you doing a conversion?

I did the conversion with a 2-3in lift. Lift bent first ride and it was bottoming out hard. I removed the lift then took it out again and everything seemed fine. But it was slower riding. Sat. went to durhamtown at first it was ok. Then after we got off the mud trails and picked up speed it was getting very bouncy. I could go over 15mph. my friend with a xp kept having to slow down and wait on me. But I normally ride his tail

Hmm, can't say much about those shocks. With no adjustment not much you can do. I picked up the bandit s shocks. Very happy with them so far. Great price for a dual rate fully adjustable shock.

I was really hoping I had them on backwards. I wasnt sure, when i did the converison my buddy unboxed the shocks and they are only labeled on the box. So i guessed the longer ones would go on the back due to the weight.
