Check to see if fuses are hot?

 

Does anything come on? If not, id start at the battery and the terminals.
If so, id start by pulling fuse cover and start checking fuses and under the relays to see if you have water corrosion.
Also theres another thread of someone not long ago w an electrical critter and it was the wire going to the coil pack under the rear engine hatch. Has a small push together butt connector. Butt (ha) it was related to headlights i think.

Start at your battery. Especially if its original or over 3 years depending on battery. Next check fuses. If you have a bunch of blown fuses, stop and start checking for shorts in wiring harness. If battery is good and fuses good, move to connectors/connections.

On batteries, you can have voltage and it not have enough amps in it to do anything. If your terminals are corroded really bad that can cause issues as well. Not only at the battery but in connections/connectors as well.

Check your grounding. It is as important as the positive side of the power circuits. If you don't have a ground the electrons won't flow.

 

I have a 2015 rzr 900 trail, bought new, have 6000 miles on it; went to start it, won't crank, lights won't work, and fuel pump won't come on; put new switch in wasn't that, won't show gear selector on gauge

What new switch did you put in? Key start switch? Brake pressure switch?

Where do you ride it; water or mud?
