Hey guys, I have a friend that has a standard RZR and he wants to put the stock "S" exhaust on it. Has anyone done this? Will it fit and did you notice any gains in power?

Yes it will fit and no I really didn't notice much of a gain. It did seem a little more quiet.

I did it.
No noticable gains in power, but it has to be better then that short Y-pipe manifold. Dyno may be need to show a power increase.

It does bolt right on.

What year is your Buddies RZR and YES it will make a difference if you change the intake, so that you are getting more AIR in. Recommend the Grumpy Air Mod. Also if possible change the Stock Muffler to another, like the Two Bros. IF you can make the modifications and don't mind a little more SOUND.
