Ok guys after reading many posts on here about two inch lifts and the weak springs (is a two inch lift just a bandaid for weak springs?) which come stock on the rzr ( standard model) here's the question: If you were to take stock springs on a rxr, put on a two inch lift, load the vehilce ( two people in the vehicle) and then take a true ride height measurement.. now take a rzr with no lift add makin trax progressive springs load the vehicle ( two people) measure the ride height...will there really be any difference in ride height with the proper springs under the rzr? So in other words, will a two inch life with stock springs really give me any more ride height with the rzr loaded versus just putting on makintrax springs and no lift? Mainiac.

With or without a lift the factory springs are no good. If your gonna do just one then my opinion would be to go with the springs. You already suggested which ones, which was my choice. Makin Trax. I did both M.T. springs and a 2" racer tech lift. I wanted both height and ride control.

Funny how people respond in forums and don't answer the question you've posed. All I got was you wanted to know was how much the new springs with riders raised the lift. Very irritating.[/QUOTE]

Sorry to be so irritating. I was only suggesting he contact the one person that can answer his questions. Have a nice day...:scared2:

Learn to read mr. irritating. Is a 2" lift just a bandaid for weak springs. I believe I answered that. Now for the second part. Who's going to go out and take off there lift and measure and then take off there MT springs and measure and oh yea. How much do the people weigh that are going to be riding with him. I answered his first part and the next post gave him a good suggestion to call Steve. Now if that irritates you stop reading.

When I put a two inch lift on mine I measured before and after which is what was asked. Calling Steve will not tell the original thread how much people are getting in actual lift on their RZRs when people also replace springs which I understood the person wanted to know and I've wondered also. Thanks for the happy response. PS we still don't have an answer.
