Just wanted to show off the 2015 race build. Look for it in the IATVHSS and KCORRA series this season. Support comes from GBC tires, OMF wheels, Fox Shocks, Moose Racing, Replay XD, Area51 Motorsports, Barkers Exhaust, Spider Graphics, and Winning Industries.

Started as a titanium 900 S

Brought it home and parked next to last years machine. 2 championships and several wins on the 800. Hoping some good luck transfers to the new 900.

Step one, strip it down and get the cage started. All tubing is .095 DOM with a mix of 1.75", 1.50", and 1". Also transferred the seats over from the 800 with some new lowered bases.

Bumpers and nerf. Lower horizontal tube on bumper is just tacked to keep it mocked up. I'll run a skid under the front diff and wrap it up onto the front bumper, tucking it in closer to the body. Upper bumper mounts tie back to the frame behind the headlights. I'll also add an upper bar to protect the radiator.

On to the door bars and body panels. The upright door bars clamp into the stock RZR cage. Used some cheap hardboard to mock it all up. Also, did a quick mock up of the lights and mounts. Keep the light bars inside the cage for protection. All panels are .100 aluminum.

That wraps up the cage. Tore it down and sent off to Winning Industries for powdercoating. Color is Lollipop Tangelo and matches the orange anodized lights. Also took care of the wiring while the cage was out.

Added a battery killswitch in the bed and ran the wires through conduit for protection.

Added a 30amp breaker and ran power to an underhood fuse/relay box.

Metripack plugs for light bars and domelight.

Also installed the headlights and connected up to stock headlight wiring. Uses the OEM switch and high/low just the same as stock. Halos get power from the key on terminal at the stock power block under the hood.

Also received the first few sponsor items of the year.
OMF wheels and GBC tires. Choose the HPO wheels to skinny up the machine a bit. Mongrels were an easy choice for the tires.
Cage also came back from powder. Reassemble went rather easy.
Got it all bolted up, belts are in. Lights, mirror, and extinguisher mounted.

Called up Spider Graphix and Austin put together something awesome!

Wow that is some sweet work... You obviously have some prior experience at this kind of work. You my man are truly talented and I'd love to be able to watch some of this first hand. Keep the post coming.. I love the rock sliders. And, for the money most people are getting out there it gives me ideas of my own. Thanks for sharing...
