I know there's another thread that turned into something similar. I was hoping people would post up their out the door price on their RZR-S and where you bought it.

I'm one of those that are selling their side by side (CA Plated Rhino) to switch to the RZR-S. Once I get my Rhino sold, I want to know where to start looking for the best price. I don't care if I have to drive out of state to get it.

Thanks

Folks, I own a Kawasaki dealership and have several units that are extremely popular (KLR650, Teryx etc.), and even they are dead. I wouldn't pay a nickle over MSRP for nothing right now. Dealers get "holdback" and other incerntives that make significant money so long at the unit is sold about 5% over cost. 13.9k for a RZR S is stupid. $10,3k for a base Rzr is just as dumb.

Hold your money and make them beg for your business. Then buy at 10% below MSRP. That is a fair deal for everyone!

Now why would it be in the dealers best interest to sell a top selling machine below invoice into hold back. Ya'll people are letting the media get a hold of yall and tell yall to price shop shop shop. There is nothing wrong with it. I work for polaris dealer and I will price shop on automobiles etc. But how am "I" supposed to make a paycheck when we are getting people like this to say that we need to sell in to hold back and give 10% off msrp. I HAVE TO EAT AND BILLS TO PAY ALSO. Most large dealer ships use the holdback for operating cost, building expenses, and managment salary. I get these crazy prices all day long. I have literally sold 6 machines in a week and made roughly 78 dollars on all 6 machines. Whoever tells yall that we pay 6500 dollars or whatever # yall think for these machines. YALL ARE WRONG. I see the #'s all day everyday and wish I could show them to you. YOU WOULD BE AMAZED!!!!!

Out the Door prices will be hard to judge with setup and taxes and Doc being different from Dealer. In some States out of State buyers don't have to pay taxes. In our area, if you buy in Indiana you pay 7% tax. If you buy out of State you don't have to pay taxes. Catch 22 is. If your going to register the machine for offroad numbers you have to show proof of tax paid. Doc fees and set up from dealers will probably be different too. From what we know about the RZR S a Polaris Dealer has to agree to take 20 Rangers for every one RZR S that is in there store. If this is true only large volume dealers will be able to give you the best price on the machine. I paid 13998 msrp. After it was all said and done with my excellent negotiating. My OTD was 16700 with a 3yr factory warranty. Hope this helps.

I can't believe this is true. If people want the RZR S - Polaris will simply make more. No reason to force dealers to take something they can't sell. I would think the production line could be used for most any SxS so, making more RZR-S vs. others shouldn't be a major re-tool for Polaris.

Need help RIDE NOW keeps quoting me $15,500 OTD in Phoenix Arizona is this a good deal or should I expect something better I see alot of others getting theres for like $14,000 but I think those are in other states othere than Phoenix. I got this price at both 4 seasons and motorsports and at Ride Now on Bell.

Thanks

I am also in Phoenix, and I am seriously thinking about buying a regular RZR or an RZR S. If I opt for a regular RZR, I will most likely wait for a deal used. For an S, I’ll probably have to go new. I have not pulled the trigger yet because of the economy.

Kind of surprised that Ride Now is the same price as 4 Seasons.
