I finally got an S machine into the shop to build a lift kit for it. I have the first one going for powder coating in the morning and will post pics when I get it back.

I have already test fitted this kit, checked everything out and like what I have come up with. Its a VERY solid kit or it wouldnt have the RDC Name attached to it. Everything is a 1/4" thick and it is an upper shock mount bracket. No holes need to be drilled anywhere, and the installation is VERY simple, no need to remove anything off the machine, not the tires, not the rear valance, just the upper shock bolts.

All that said, I will be looking for a couple people to try it out in the next few weeks after this first kit gets run through its paces. The kit was designed around the stock exhaust but the machine I have here has the Tow Brothers Racing Triple Exhaust on it so clearance checks with the stock system would be great.

Is it a 2" kit? Will u offer different powder coat colors? Price?

Yes its classified as a 2" kit, however the rear is a bit shy of 2" or we had slight binding so I was forced to back it off a little bit.

Not sure on price yet, but more than likely around the $200 range, yet the most heavy duty kit you will likely find in a 2" kit

Custom colors could be possible on my first run of kits if the kit is ordered before I get them coated, HOWEVER, they dont stock an "Orange Madness" shade of orange, we have had a few people ask for that color for rad kit screens and gas caps but they wont stock that color for me If that was the color you were thinking about, I might be able to order a couple pounds of powder on line and supply my coaters with it for my own personal parts.

If you did want to do some testing for us, we could work out a discounted price for you

Yes I was thinking the orange. If possible could u quote me a price for black and one if u get the powder and have ur guy coat it.

Well here she is, take notice of the material thickness, we are running 1/4" thick steel everywhere!

Paul are you still looking for people to test this kit? .....(you should recognize me from mimb) I got a 2009 rzr-s a little more than a week ago and am itching to get a lift under it, currently running 31 laws and they scrub just a little when articulating the suspension in a turn.
