Any performance gain in using a rzr-s ecu on a stock 08 rzr no changes. Tryed a procom "junk" hard starting all time and missing when running put stock ecu back in. Problem having is cold starting 3 or 4 cranks before it starts and backfiring on decel when running hard at dunes like (dumont). Friends with 09 & 010 "s" donot have this problem is worth the $300. to change ????

I would check fuel pressure first (39 psi on an 'S') before changing the module for an extended crank issue. If the fuel pressure is ok and you really want to try an ‘S’ module I have one, I would just need to go though my old stuff to find it, I have no idea if you would gain or lose?

Ive got an S mod on my standard 09. It seems to be a bit tougher to start sometimes but not to bad. It sometimes trips the check engine light at idle but that clears as soon as you roll. It seems a bit snappier but a not night and day differnce. I payed a 100 bucks for the S unit. Would i do it again. If it were free yes but i dont think the small amount of throttle response was worth the 100 bucks.
