Greetings,
I bought a 2013 900 XP 4 with an aftermarket turbo, intake and standalone tuner. Had it 3 times while driving that machine after coasting to a stop and trying to accelerate, would bog down and stall. This machine has 2 original fuel injectors and 2 auxiliary injectors in the custom intake that are controller with a standalone Attitude tuner. I discovered the stock driver side injector was staying on causing engine to flood and stall. Pulled the injectors, cleaned and tested them. They appear to be fine. Fuel pressure is constant and within specs. I next discovered I was getting a constant 12 volts from that same drivers side injector plug which was causing the injector to stay open. After tracing wires to better understand why I was getting 12 volts (even with key off), it suddenly stopped outputting 12 volts. This led me to believe I had a short somewhere. I didn’t locate anything. The engine will now idle fine, but upon pressing accelerator, has no power and smokes like it’s dumping too much fuel in. The AF gauge is showing 10.6 which it’s always ran at. I have no idea if the ECU was reprogrammed to run on the rich side for the aftermarket turbo, but it’s always ran rich. So, I removed the standalone tuner and all wiring associated with it and have same results. I bought a Bully Dog tuner thinking I could dump a stock tune back on ECU and see what happens, but I’m not sure where to get a stock tune or if that would even work. Anyone have any thoughts?

That 900 motor is known for valve guide wear/valve seal wear.
