Glad your on it Jeremy.. I just want to put this out to guys that have issues with a purchase from one of our Sponcered vendors.. Living in Alaska When it comes to shipping, anything and everything seems to happen.. I can relate with you in also having a problem with RZR HQ's, I had ordered my RacerTech Lift kit and 2 days later I ordered the Unisteer Power steering from them (you guys do forum discounts??) anyways.. I got my power steering first and a week later still no lift kit?? I called them and explained, They saw that they had charged my credit card but the item had not shipped. I was told they would try and find out what happened then call me back... 1 Hour later I got a call and was told that the Racer Tech Lift had a small delay because of a back order and they had just got them in and shipped it out ASAP.... It was in stock when I bought it, The problem was that about 10 others for all I know bought them the same time.. So they just didnt have enough.. Yes it would have been nice to get an email or phone call but in the end.. Its just a simple mistake, I made the same mistake forgetting to mail off Lugs to a fellow member that were supposed to be mailed off a day ago because my son got sick at school and my memory sucks( and they were free, and i didnt even ask for shipping, Just a total "pay it forward", help a guy out..) But I still felt bad...As does Jeremy and the other guys that work at RZR HQ's when a mistake is made... The point I'm trying to make is that they are doing there best to right any situation..They got me my Kit WAY faster than I expected...And I have a hunch that Jeremy sent it second day air or overnight??? These vendors we have on our site actually listen to us, create products we mention needing, offer discounts, and do there best to keep prices low.. Dont give up on RZR HQ's they did right by me and countless others,,,and that goes for all our vendors.. I'm sure they feel bad for what happened, its good to keep a business on their toes, its liek an after action review...For every mistake a company makes, they learn from it and hopefully it wont happen again...I PM'd you my cell phone. Please call me when you get a chance. We had to 2nd day these from the manufacturer. I am sorry they left out the torsion bar. Did you call the shop today about this?
I am sorry we ruined your trip.. we try.
I think we are going to stop offering overnight, 2nd day. People do not realize that we are not amazon.com and a lot of times it can take 1-3 business days to get all items of an order together to ship. If we have an order with 2nd day on it and we have several items coming from different warehouses we can end up in a bind.
