If the signal from the stock eps is a basic voltage range feedback to the ecu it would be pretty easy to recreate with a potentiometer or lvdt if people wanted to keep that part of the dynamix in tact

I couldn't tell you specifics but I would assume it's transmitted to the Main ECU and Dynamix Shock ECU. Based on several parameters the shock ECU controls the appropriate shock(s) by modulating the stepper motors at the shock.

Dirt-Monger Any updates on the Hydro for the 2017 Turbo RZR?
We are getting closer, will be picking up the new XP Turbo in two weeks and have the ram being made for it right now, its pretty much the same specs as the XP Pro ram just a little less stroke than the Pro. We are going to increase the stoke of the XP / Turbo just a bit for better steering angle but will have to see how the CV's like it, we also have all the upper brackets good to go for the XP / Turbo since their the same as my 900S setup so should be testing it out within a month.

Now we are trying to figure out the logistics on getting all the components in bulk and working on getting a company formed which is challenging and time consuming.

We want to get a few kits out to some more extreme riders to see how the hydro setup stacks up in the harshest terrain possible so we know they will perform flawless in the most extreme conditions.

Ryan, we thought about that but the XP/T chassis makes fitting a ram a very tight squeeze compared to the Pro so we need a slightly different style of ram with a internally threaded end cap to maximize space. But 2 styles of rams covers all the RZR models which is not to bad

Will do , my arms are not in great shape either thats one of the reasons I built this setup... and I love big tires :D
Got a question regarding the Hydro Steer.

I have built my xp1000 up with Portal and 35's and it is too hard to steer now. The factory & E-Power steering units did not work with my set-up.

Would you be able to help me out with a much need Hydro Steer unit. I am unable to find any info regarding manufactures or part components.

Thanks Again,

Captain Dave

Hi Dave, yes our hydro steering would def turn those 35's with portals no problem, we are trying to get some kits ready to go but have ran into some supply issues for some of the materials we need to build them, should have the materials we need in just over a month and will be doing our best to get them together and ready to go.

We are also working on a new style hydro steering setup that allows you to use a aftermarket HD steering rack so its much like the stock setup but much more powerful and geared towards high speed riding instead of a crawler / mud set up.... should be killer

I’ve heard that forward swept a-arms reduce the effectiveness of factory power steering. How do you feel the hydro units will act under those circumstances?

Depending on the model the ram & pump the system can generate 2000-5000lbs of force. Full hydraulic steering does not care what it's attached to it's going to turn with ease. My setup is a bit different than the one Dirt-Monger is building (electric over hydraulic where mine mechanical pump) but I can take the steering wheel off and steer it with the shaft. If the tire is against a big rock and I turn the wheel it will move the rig over.
