just replaced bearings in the front end....in the pic the rzr front end is jacked up off the ground....mounted the front tires and I noticed this.....driver side tire not in line what so ever....Could it have been like this all along? Wouldn't I have felt something wrong with the steering prior to changing out bearings? Everything seems tight....nothing loose or any play....any help input would be appreciated...

I’d do an alignment. I use the string method and it gets it close enough for an off road vehicle. Polaris calls for it to have a little toe out but for my riding, I prefer toe in. I have the front toe in approximately 3/16 per side.

Have you verified the tie rods aren’t bent? You could have a bent toe rod but everything still feel tight.
