Rough idle and will stall out.

A couple of weeks ago I started having a rough time keeping my 15 1kxp w/ 18 1kxp engine running until it got to temp. Once up to temp it would idle fine with no issues. Rode this weekend a got about 100 miles in and on Saturday night, she got a little clogged up in the radiator. Hit 235 while trying to get to a creek to wash out. Not sure if that is related or not

But anyway on Sundays ride I started to stall out even when up to temp at idle. I checked fuel pressure last weekend to see if it was the culprit of my cold idle issue. Checked out at 56psi.

I have wiggled the tmap wires and no change. (Was this just an issue on 14 models??)

Next thing would be valve lash. Right?

Is there anything y’all would suggest before taking valve cover off and checking valves? Thanks for any insight y’all could provide!

Also the engine has roughly 600 miles on it and the rest of stuff has about 4K on it.

Well I pulled the valve cover today. Found the exhaust side valves to all measure .013 seems to be in spec. .012 +/- .002

Now the intake side I couldn’t get the smallest feeler I had .002 in on any of the 4 valves. Definitely on the tight side.

I did these measurement on a cold engine. Should I do it when it is warm???

Sounds like it will be trial and error until I get a base line on the intake side.

Any and all tips would be appreciated! Thanks y’all
