Good morning, I'm getting ready to register for ROTR! Looking for a little help on trail selection. This will be my first time to the rally! Want the whole experience minus the rollovers! Looking at difficulty level 6-8? Looking forward to hearing your trail stories Of the rally! Thanks

Without a doubt, Hells Revenge. Poison Spider & Steelbender are other good options. Fins n things isn't quite technically challenging but covers some pretty country. 7 mile rim/Tushar tunnel also aren't technically challenging, but, you travel through some awesome Utah high desert country.

The best thing about the Rally is that you'll have plenty of experienced people guiding you, especially through any obstacles.

I'd love to do some volunteer work, but I had multiple finger amputations last year and my hands will barely hold on to a fork. Had my third heart attack last Oct. You've heard a dead man walking, LOL. Had to sell my quad as I couldn't ride it with my hands! Was forced to go out and buy a new XP 1000! I haven't quit yet! if you've got a supervisory position? LOL

Go to the ROTR website Jim and check on the trails yourself. Their trail guide pretty much sums it up. You said 6-8 without getting upside down? It can be done with the proper guides.

Steel bender sucks. Not challenging, just beats you up.

It's hard to say which trails your going to like. Everyone has different likes, machines, etc. Personality I love steelbender. Did it last night dusk into dark everyone had a blast. Myself I want rocks and washes. Crawl some than go high-speed for a while. My favorites are areas not specific trails there might be 10 different trails in that area. North of town 3d and wipeout area, some play spots and some high-speed washes or behind the rocks is my best play spot. Good rocks, high-speed and some little dunes. No matter where you go when your here you'll have fun. Also all areas have unbelievable views.

Thanks everyone for your input! Thinking about Wednesday 7 mile RIM, Thursday Hells revenge, Friday porcupine rim, Saturday poison spider. Should be fun looking forward to it! A friend of mine with quads wants to go back down to the west side of Utah second week of June. Might try to go there to. Thanks again everyone!
