Just want to give Rocky Mountain ATV/MC a huge THANK YOU !

These Guys are absolutely a top notch vendor ! I actually forget that they are a vendor here, but I use them pretty regular. In the past few weeks, I ordered....new tires, a spare wheel, oem belt, clutch puller, some stuff for sisters atv and even some stuff for my trailer.

Web site is a breeze to use....everything was in stock....order confirmation within minutes....shipping confirmation the same day !

They also done a price match....took maybe a half a day after contacting customer service. Then to really top that off, they gave me "bonus bucks" !

Unbelievable !!! I just can't say enough about how nice it is to place an order and everything go so smooth !

not so fast. I have given these guys a lot of money and now I think we're done. Ordered a polaris oem roof and it showed up without mounting hardware. Rather than let me return it, it went into a black hole know as "warranty". Little or no communication. I suggested that they take the hardware out of another roof, but of course they said that would make that roof incomplete. It has been about 14 days now. Gee would be nice to have a roof for the summer! Called them today and they said they would talk to the warranty dept. Not going to hold my breath. Sorry Rocky Mountain...thumbs down.
