The antennas are known to fail. I don’t know if you have someone else you can try and swap yours out for. $100 from polaris

 

I do have someone that I could swap to check. Is it a pain to get the wire to the back of the unit.

thanks went and figured out the plug type. Found some replacement antenna with the same plug for a much better value. I will update if it works

 

Yes very easy to get to. Just take the ride command surround off by removing the 2 pop rivets on the top of the dash. The blue connector is the gps antenna

 

Copy that. I have a cheap antenna with the same plug connection showing up today. Since there seems to be issues with the stock one I figured I would try a cheap one.

 

Replaced the antenna. It’s back working. Thanks. Also other options out there for antennas.
