I have a 2024 Turbo R Ultimate with Stage 4. Ever since I’ve gotten it the bluetooth audio has sounded bad. It skips, chops, drops out. I have tried my iPad and iPhone. It sounds like Bluetooth does when you are 20 feet away and almost out of range or an old mobile CD player that skips when you bump it.
Plugged in via USB the audio is perfect. I’ve tried removing and readding the devices, resetting RC to factory, and tried three different firmware versions (currently on the latest May update). My previous rig was a 2017 Xp LE with RC and the bluetooth audio sounded 99% the same as it did when plugged in.
Is this a me issue or are others having trouble with Bluetooth on the newer 7 button RC units? I’m wondering if I need to take it into the dealer to diagnose or should I keep waiting for a firmware update to fix this?
