RCV Ultimate CV Prop Shaft for Polaris XP1000, RZR XP Turbo 2 & 4 Seat, RS1, and Turbo S

RCV Performance Products 2-piece prop shaft featuring specially designed CVs at both ends. This design eliminates all vibration and carrier bearing noise with the Polaris XP1000! The RCV design using 3 CVs and an OEM style bearing, eliminates any concern of carrier bearing failure or u-joint phasing with the smooth operation of CVs.

The new RCV prop shaft is made 4130 chromoly tubing and 300M CV components that ensure strength. Prop shaft and components are completely sealed and rebuildable. A safety loop has been designed that bolts to the factory carrier bearing mount to contain the prop shaft. Fitment: 2-Seat Polaris XP Turbo ('16+)

All prop shafts are made to order.

Note: Photo illustrates an XP1000 version. Turbo rear CV flange will vary.

I have a 14 XP1000 with a RS1 front diff swap that has a RCV prop shaft and on the front yoke they have installed a large clamp around the roll pin. Is that clamp necessary? I have installed a Super ATV steering rack that is a lot bigger physically and that clamp contacts the rack.

Yes you will need the ring because there is a slit in the yoke that the ring collapses when tight. Without the ring, the yoke will break under hard use.
