But not by me. I’m a retired guy with a bad back. Live in an apartment. No longer have a shop, so I farm out my RZR upgrades to a buddy. Former aircraft mechanic who works on exotic cars and now RZR’s. Pay him by the hour. Works out fine for both of us.

The door install took him about half a day, including repairing some right side support damage. Real pleased with the results. He didn’t like using a self tapping screw at the center mount point so he cut an access and used a bolt and nut. Everything else went as expected. The door clears the suspension seat just fine. It’s a little tighter inside than the standard Pro Armor door with the bow in it, but seems fine for me at 5’10”, 170 lbs.
First trail test this Wednesday at Fourmile.
